As people with ADHD, we navigate a world that wasn't created with our needs in mind. We often struggle to meet the expectations and demands of systems that don't align with our strengths and abilities. Additionally, our experience is complicated by biases around race, class, gender, and other aspects of identity, which influence how the world perceives and interacts with us.

Our challenge is to cultivate a deep understanding of how our minds work. Doing so empowers us to strike a balance between identifying strategies to adapt to a neurotypical world and taking the agency to change our environment, routines, relationships, and careers in ways that resonate with our unique brains, leading to authentic liberation. 

We have something truly beautiful and powerful to offer the movement for liberation and justice. Imagine a world where our communities, organizations, and public spaces embrace the flexibility and empathy needed for neurodivergent individuals to not just survive, but to thrive. By creating this inclusive environment, we will make space for everyone to flourish.

I will support you in increasing your awareness of how your unique brain works. Together, we will unpack and reflect on your experiences, confront limiting beliefs, identify new strategies to experiment with and track progress to create a continuous learning process. Your unique brain and identities are vital to this journey, and we will create space to reflect on how your race, class, gender expression, and other identities impact your experience.  

Through regular coaching sessions, you will identify strengths, blocks, and friction points and find the tools that work for you.

  • Identify strategies and create effective routines 

  • Name strengths, articulate needs, and advocate for yourself

  • Identify and pursue opportunities that align with what you and your brain are good at 

  • Allow yourself to be who you are and redefine success according to your unique strengths. 

How it works

All coaching is conducted through phone or zoom. You will have the freedom to de-mask and be present in a natural way. You can turn the camera off or on, wiggle, rock, let your eyes wander, and be you.
